Starting April 11th 2016 K & E Excavation will begin construction on NW Jetty in Lincoln City between NW 31St Pl and NW 37th Street. NW Jetty will be closed to thru traffic Monday thru Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Local traffic will be guided through the work areas. Detours and flaggers will be provided for all other motorists. The work areas will change as the work progresses. Motorists should expect minor delays. This project will construct over 1,300 feet of new sanitary sewer pipe, 8 new manholes, 34 new sanitary sewer laterals, 1,800 feet of asphalt over the sewer trench, 27,491 square feet of asphalt overlay. The contract completion date is scheduled for June 30, 2016 providing there are no unforeseen issues.
