On August 23rd 2015, at approximately 6:20 PM, a Lincoln County Deputy observed a blue Pontiac Grand Am on the gravel shoulder of Old Scenic Highway 101 near the intersection of East Three Rocks Rd in Otis, Oregon. As the Deputy approached the vehicle for a field interview, he noticed the driver and the passenger exhibiting suspicious behaviors. The driver and passenger both appeared to be concealing something near the console between them. The female sitting in the driver’s seat was demonstrating clear signs of being under the influence of a narcotic. Investigation led to the discovery of two firearms, methamphetamine and an array of prescription medications.

The male sitting in the passenger seat of the vehicle was identified as Bradley Yukich and was found to be a convicted felon. Yukich was arrested for Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Delivery of Heroin, Unlawful Possession of Schedule 2 controlled substance. Yukich was lodged in the Lincoln County Jail. His bail was set at $175,000. The female was released at the scene. A search warrant was later executed on Yukich’s personal property which identified evidence of drug records related to possession of controlled substances and the delivery of controlled substances.
