During the service of the warrant Damien J. Barber age 28 of South Beach was taken into custody. The search warrant recovered evidence from five previously reported burglaries and three unreported burglaries. The property recovered involved reports from the City of Toledo, City of Newport and other areas within Lincoln County.
Damien Barber was taken into custody and transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged on 6 counts of Burglary and 1 count of Theft. His initial bail was set at $350,000. Additional charges are expected.
