After Chamber Director Nonni Augustine resigned in August the Lincoln City Chamber board has been on the lookout for a new Executive Director. Yesterday they announced they have given the opportunity to Lori Arce-Torrace. She has lived in Lincoln City for over 23 years with her family and she said they love community. Her husband has coached multiple sports and is currently employed at Taft High School. She has two daughters who graduated from Taft and a son who is currently a Junior at Taft High.
Lori has also been a chamber member and has served several years on the Board of Directors including one year as President. She said she feels this gives her a unique perspective into all aspects of running the Chamber. As executive director Lori said she plans to work hard to support local businesses and encourages everyone to do the same. She added that she has a lot of ideas, and would love to hear chamber member’s ideas as well and said her door is always open.
