On May 31st 2016 a citizen called the Toledo Police Department to report that his vehicle was taken sometime over night from out front of his residence. Officer McCandless responded and obtained all the information needed to enter the vehicle into the computer system as stolen. Later that evening around 2344 hrs while on routine patrol, Officer Crocker observed a black sedan parked in a church parking lot on the corner of NW 11th and NW A St with multiple subjs around the vehicle who appeared to be changing a flat tire. Officer Crocker recognized this vehicle as matching the description of the earlier stolen vehicle.
With assistance from the Lincoln County Sherriff’s office and Oregon State Police, all parties were contacted and the vehicle returned to its rightful owner. ID belonging to another party was also found in possession of Mr. McKillop-Skeahan. Patrick Scott McKillop-Skeahan was arrested and lodged at LCJ for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle, Theft I, Criminal Mischief I, Identity Theft and Parole Violation.
