The Newport Police Department has announced that a Newport resident and former Siletz resident is wanted for failure to appear in court, ID theft and fraudulent use of a credit card.  28-year-old Whitney Dawn Justice is just over 5 feet tall and has brown or blonde hair and brown eyes.  An arrest warrant was issued by the Lincoln County Circuit Court.
