Lincoln City Police are investigating a shooting, which occurred in Lincoln City 11:30am on August 26th. Two people were injured in the shooting. One has been transported to a Portland area hospital, the other was treated and released from Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital in Lincoln City. A person and a vehicle of interest have been developed and are being sought for questioning in the shooting. Police are looking for a 2010 or newer Chrysler 300, silver or light in color. The person of interest is a Hispanic male, identified as 33-year old Leonel Zamora Jr.  He is described as being 5’6”, Wt:160LBS, with brown eyes, black hair, possibly operating the Chrysler 300.
