During the early morning hours of Monday, April 25, 2016 The Toledo Police Department with the assistance of the Lincoln City Police Department, The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, The McMinnville Police Department, and The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) conducted a narcotics related search warrant on the residence of 1651 SE Ammon Road in the City of Toledo. The search warrant was the result of a lengthy investigation into the ongoing distribution of heroin and methamphetamine in the Lincoln County area.
During the execution of the search warrant Officers located heroin, methamphetamine, firearms, digital drug scales, packaging material, drug records, paraphernalia and cash related to the distribution of heroin and methamphetamine.
The search warrant lead to the arrest of Ellery Gillen, Aaron Gillen and Alexes Bills who all reside at the residence. Each individual has been lodged at the Lincoln County Jail with the charges of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of Heroin, Unlawful Delivery of
Heroin, Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Manufacture of Heroin and Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine with a bail of $650,000.
Information gathered in the search warrant also aided in the arrest of Terrance Mason and Taryn Fortin who were arrested on April 26, 2016 and also found to be in possession of both heroin and methamphetamine.
Additional arrests are expected as a result of this investigation.
This investigation was aided and initiated in part by observant concerned citizens who recognized suspicious activity occurring at the residence and reported it to the Toledo Police Department.
