The Portland Trail Blazers and Moda are excited to begin the fifth annual Rip City Relay. A team of Trail Blazers ambassadors and staff will embark on a week-long journey from Sept. 11-15 around the state of Oregon, engaging with Trail Blazers fans all along the way. This event brings Oregon communities together with energy and enthusiasm to showcase the Trail Blazers as “Oregon’s Team”.

This year, Newport will mark the third stop on the relay (Sept. 13). Trail Blazers personalities and Moda representatives will also activate the communities in Coos Bay (Sept. 11), Florence (Sept. 12), Dallas (Sept. 14) and McMinnville (Sept. 15).

Supporting partners of this year’s relay include Energy Trust of Oregon and COUNTRY Financial.
